    Hi,

This was just merged into an earlier thread on burrata. Back when this topic originated, it was not as easy to find as today.

I buy from Costco as well as from Caputo's (in Lake Forest).

    Regards,

Farmers market asparagus, lightly marinated portobello w/garlic run under the broiler. Top with burrata, another spin in the broiler, done. Eat, enjoy, repeat

Looks great but I think I would have been making my next meal while I was still eating that one!

Agree, a little on the light side. What's not pictured are pre dinner "snacks" of Steak Chips, plus regular beef jerky and leftover Joseph's porterhouse. :) Cubed quarter of watermelon with Maldon, lime juice and gochugaru for dessert.

Big fan of burrata for quick meals, especially now that fresh basil is right out the back door. While not equal to shade grown water buffalo burrata teleported from Italy BelGioioso from Wisconsin is ~fine/tasty~ easily accessible and costs a Lot Less. I buy at Restaurant Depot, half the cost of retail grocers.
