I don't think this has been posted before, but apologies if I missed it. This is a Google doc created by Saveur that lists small companies that are shipping food across the US - cheese shops and cheese makers, chocolate places, coffee roasters, charcuterie etc. This list is very dangerous for my wallet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... edit#gid=0

Thanks for posting this; it's a fascinating list. I'd been searching for something like it but hadn't found anything this complete. I presume--though I didn't see a statement to this effect--that it is constantly being updated. Still, with several hundred listings, it's a pretty great list to have, not only for now but for going forward as well, once we leave the abyss.

Food and Wine put together a list of local mills that have flour and grains if you can't find them at the store.

Got a promotional email that Wayne Jacob's is shipping, was a nice reminder to stock up on some absolute essentials.
