Are you saying this advice was offered by someone at a county health department? Which county? The claim that drinking water can prevent coronavirus infection is unsupported by any evidence. This recent BBC article discusses the claim, which seems to have arisen on Facebook, and one can find many more debunkings. It seems inconceivable that water could have any effect on someone who is infected enough to have a fever. It also seems inconceivable that such advice would be offered by a county health department. If it indeed happened, the person spreading the false information should be retrained.

It was never suggested as a cure nor interpreted as such.
Cynthia wrote:I don't think the advice suggests that coronovirus is cured by drinking water. I think it suggests that if you don't feel well but want to see if it is something OTHER THAN covid-19, drink a lot of water. If you get better, it's not the virus. If you don't get better, then get tested for the virus.

I've noticed that there have not been nearly as many Just4U coupons and personalized deals lately.
Cathy2 wrote:Jewel's website has $10 off of $25 spent on Easter candy and novelties. Of course, there are limitations, so read the coupon carefully.
Day after Easter, all this stuff is 75% off, but it is not the same.
