Warning for people in community gardens

Hi- I rent a garden from the city of Evanston on McCormick right across the street from the ecology center, and I just got an email from the gardening coordinator that all programs sponsored by parks and rec. are put on hold until April 12, and then they will decide if they are going to resume programs after that, or refund every ones money. I thought there have been a few days lately where the weather has been nice, and I could work in my garden to get out of the house. I guess that is not possible now. Today it is too cold to be outside for long periods of time though. Hope this helps, Nancy
