A funny thing happens when you win a wheelbarrow full of liquor from a local event's raffle...you end up with bottles of unusual liquor. Example #1 is the bottle of Pelinkovac. According to Wikipedia, it is a wormwood based bitter liqueur popular in Croatia, Serbia, etc. Any suggestions for ways to use it?

Without knowing what it actually tastes like but based on the brief description in Wikipedia, you could try using it in any drink calling for an Amaro, Fernet or other bitter digestif. And if you’re ever entertaining observant Jews, it happens to be Kosher :)!

Yeah, I saw that. I'm hoping for some personal experience.

Good to know I have at least one thing in my house that is Kosher.
