Decent Chinese Restaurant *ANYwhere* Near Whitewater?

Post #1 - April 29th, 2016, 3:41 pmA very dear old friend was lamenting to me today that, so far as he knew, there wasn't a decent Chinese restaurant anywhere within miles and miles and miles of his home in Whitewater--Madison and Milwaukee, sure; but nothing closer. I told him that I knew folks who would for sure know someplace-- but only IF such a place existed.
Anyone? Anyone?
