Excellent fresh seafood on Duval St. I got the overstuffed lobster roll. It set me back $25 but well worth it with the huge chunks of lobster.

Now I'm jealous: I almost bought lunch there on Tuesday, but the missus said it sounded like too much for lunch, and I stupidly agreed. Ended up down the street at a mostly empty saloon for an ok shrimp po boy with creepy fries for only a couple bucks less than the non overstuffed version of that lobster roll

I am assuming it was a Florida Spiny Lobster and not the Maine Lobster. I used to really enjoy the Lobster (Florida) Rueben at the Keys Fishery up in Marathon, but it has been years since I was down that way.

The apparent claw meat suggests otherwise.

I guess I could have looked at the website http://www.djsclamshack.com/menu.html And read that it is in fact a Maine Lobster. Sorry.
