Help Me Design my Roadtrip

Heading Northeast, leaving Aug 29 with a tentative return date of Sept 13. Only a few stops planned; Lilydale, NY, Watkins Glen, NY and Montreal/Quebec. Everything else is fair game but would like to stay north of NYC. Need breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc ideas. Thanks in advance...
