Only thing that has changed is possibly "odds of catching" for any given activity are half or a quarter what they were previously.
My lunch today:
Salad: baby kale from garden
--touch of purple shiso, purple ruffles basil and baby beet greens for color.
--topped with feta crumbles
--light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Entree: Mint/dill pesto
--mint and dill because growing naturalized plentifully in my garden (mostly mint)
--on rice instead of noodles because wheat is "bad"
--almond butter instead of pine nuts because free trade agreements prevent stores from labeling country of origin, and chinese pine nuts have metallic after taste, and many metals are poisonous
--macadamia nut oil instead of olive oil "just because", and to make up for no pine nuts
--no garlic because I forgot, or would have used chives/winter garlic from garden
--today, bulgarian sheep feta instead of parmesan/romano just to try, but I add cheese at the last minute, so next time could return to italian cheese.
Desert: rhubarb from garden
--with vanilla goat yogurt, topped with raspberries
Beverage: Modella Negra, water
--Carey aka underdog
