Alas, Wednesday is a mom day -- so unavailable. I'll miss seeing you all.

I will plan to come. Not sure if I'll get carry out as it is less than 7 days from my last excursion and I prefer to keep my trips 7-10 days apart.

I thought my other zoom meeting didn't start till 1 pm. it starts same time, so I'll be multitasking the first 30-45 minutes. I have two zoom set-ups side by side. Or, if its not the same code as last week, I probably won't be there.

    My lunch:

    appetizer:
chive flowers from garden with dip

    sides:
my varietal pickled kimchi (beets, okra, carrots, brussels sprouts, celery, ...)
    fermented cabbage kimchi

    main:
    mango dal (packaged) with rice
--garnished with garden mint and greens

    dessert:
rhubarb from garden with sheep yogurt
    blueberries

Does anybody want to go into a less than 5 minute rant on pickled vs fermented kimchi? Or has that been done on the forum, or should it be?

    DD,

I did not see your post until just now. I did see you, but could not figure out what was going on. Was the other zoom meeting involving dancing or exercising?

I had a tight time schedule today, so I was making lunch when you wrote your note. Lunch for my family and I is here.

I do enjoy these once a week discussions, because for a few minutes I am transported from my environment.

On Saturday morning at around 6:40 am, you can hear my interview with WGN radio or wait for the podcast.

    Regards,
    Cathy2
