The Evanston lunch group will meet at 12:30 on January 7, 2019 at Sheba Yemeni restaurant, 6410 North Claremont Avenue, one block east of Western and just north of Devon. The cuisine is quite unique; not many places in Chicago serve Yemeni food.

Wow. A "VI" sighting: almost as special as Yemani food!
I'll be there.
Toast, as every breakfaster knows, isn't really about the quality of the bread or how it's sliced or even the toaster. For man cannot live by toast alone. It's all about the butter. -- Adam Gopnik

Fudge, we didn't post pictures or recommendations. I'm leading a group of 12+ there tonight, so I guess I'm flying blind, since my memory is not so good.

I've posted pictures from Evanston's outing to the restaurant thread, with my guess as to what they are. If someone present in January can help correct or confirm my guesses, I'll update that post. viewtopic.php?p=543452#p543452
