Our friends over at Smoque asked me to give the LTH community a heads up on this upcoming event. For all you Raichlen fans, he's coming to town in June to make an appearance/signing in promotion of his new book, Project Smoke. From the event's official site:Meet Steven Raichlen, renowned barbeque cookbook author and TV host, and get your copy of his latest book, “Project Smoke,” signed. During the event, Kalamazoo's chief product designer and grillmaster, Russ Faulk, will be firing up the Kalamazoo grills and pizza oven in our state-of-the-art Culinary Center to cook some of Steven's favorite recipes from the book for guests to sample.
Advance Event tickets are $40.35 each (includes local sales tax) and can be purchased online until 12pm CST June 27. Event ticket includes admittance for one person to the book signing and a copy of Steven Raichlen's book “Project Smoke.”
