When I go to the "new post" for a thread, it doesn't let me know what the topic is unless I scroll to the top or bottom of the page. I tend to open a bunch of new tabs with all the "new post" things that I am interested in. So then I go to one of the 7 tabs I have opened and I have no idea what the topic is.

Bumping this to see if it's an issue for anyone else? Or if clarification is needed?

If I'm scrolling down a forum or a thread, whenever I scroll back up, BANG! the head appears, blocking an inch and a half of my laptop's 7 inch (by 13 1/2) viewing area.
It's unnecessary and annoying and it would be great if it would stop.

This was noted (by me) on January 25, in a topic all about that. I'm glad you're raising the issue again, Katie.
