Pastrami cheese fries (Merkt's sharp cheddar and New York navel pastrami)
Char salami slab (mustard, Merkt's sharp cheddar, grilled onions, Gonnella French roll)
Char cheddar Ditka spicy Polish (mustard, Merkt's sharp cheddar, grilled onions)
Pastrami slider (New York navel pastrami, mustard, Swiss cheese, grilled onions)
Fresh bagel dog (you've got to see this to believe this)
