Six years ago, WGN-TV's Marcus LeShock graduated Hot Dog University's Art of the Cart course. Next week, Marcus returns to attend graduate school aka the Hot Dog Stand/Restaurant course. I'll post showtimes soon.

The February 3rd LA class is full and now closed. The February 4th LA class has limited availability.

For the third time in 122 years, Vienna Beef will be moving their production facility. In 1894, the factory was located at 417 S Halsted. In 1972, they moved to 2501 N Damen Avenue and in the next few weeks will move to the corner of Pershing and Morgan. The Damen Avenue facility will continue to house the Factory Store/Cafe', sales, marketing, customer service, and Hot Dog University.

Thursday, December 3rd will be the last production day at the Vienna Beef factory on Damen Avenue. All products will now be produced at the Pershing facility.
