Holiday Roasts:
Whiskey Glazed Ham- sweet and succulent shaved ham served in its own natural juices with a whole grain mustard and mini brioche rolls.
Seasoned Roast Beef- thin sliced Italian style medium rare roast beef served in its own natural juice, with horseradish sauce and mini brioche rolls.
Deep Fried Turkey Breast- brined turkey breast fried to perfection and thick sliced served with cranberry and sage aioli and mini brioche rolls.

Roasted Peppers- tri colored peppers roasted and marinated in a balsamic reduction garnished with pine nuts and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Holiday Salads:
Winter Panzanella Salad- mixed greens, big croutons, sliced apples, candied walnuts, bacon and shaved red onions with a sweet balsamic dressing.
Big Guys Salad- ice berg lettuce, bleu cheese, bacon, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, black olives and shaved red onion with a sweet balsamic dressing.
Pasta Salad- penne with feta cheese, red and green peppers, chopped red onion, peas and diced tomatoes.
Grilled Vegetable Patter- grilled seasonal vegetables impressively displayed on a platter with a goat cheese dip and balsamic drizzle. $85 serves 25
Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus- Fresh asparagus wrapped in prosciutto di Parma roasted and topped with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. $75 45 pcs.
Shrimp Cocktail Platter- Wild caught gulf shrimp, served over romaine with lemon wedges and our own cocktail sauce. $18.99 a pound, comes 16/20 shrimp per lb.
Stuffed Mushrooms- Stuffed with our famous Italian sausage and roasted with butter and garlic, served with sliced ciabatta bread. $55, 45 pcs.
