I continue to use Yelp frequently, but only about 1% for the reviews. It's such a quick way to find a restaurant's phone number, location, hours, BYOB-ness or not, valet parking or not, etc. I know of no other way that comes close.
As for the 1% of me that cares about the reviews, occasionally I'll look just to see if the negatives or positives happen to line up with the things I care about. If someone says "the guacamole was to die for" it means nothing to me, because I have no idea who this person is. But if someone says "we had a reservation and they made us wait 45 minutes," it may influence me, because I hate when that happens, and the information is not subjective.
The other 99% of the time I don't scroll down far enough to see the reviews.
