Mike's American Ale House relocating

As much as I love getting great tips on tea, let us remember [wo]man lives on liquid bread as well.

Is a local bar defined as one you can walk to [and stumble home from]? Then, I don't have a good local bar. But I can bicycle to Mike's American Ale House on Irving Park easily. Went there last Wednesday only to discover that it was their second to last day in that location and that they would be re-opening June 1 about 6 blocks east. The confusing part is that their flyer said they would be serving pizza from Tony & Lill's, but when I drove past that address there is an existing Tony & Lill's pizzaria there. So, I'm confused. Mike's personnel is going to the new location [hi Tom & Pat!], but are they taking the pictures of Bettie Page and Al Capone and Da Mare with them? I don't know what to expect, except that there won't be a back beer garden [ok, picnic tables] anymore, and that will be a major loss.
