Paul Kahan, Goose Island team up on beer

James Beard Award-winning chef Paul Kahan is brewing up a new recipe with Goose Island Beer Co.

Details of the collaboration are still being worked out, but the effort will take place next year. It's the first time Mr. Kahan, executive chef and co-owner of One Off Hospitality Group Ltd., has worked on a beer with Goose Island. He'll also be a spokesman for the collaborative beverage.

The two are co-hosting an invite-only dinner next week at Publican Quality Meats to discuss pairing beer and food. The restaurant is one of several owned by One Off Hospitality.
