The company's promo info. indicates that this line of soda was specifically developed to be paired with "great" food.
It's only very lightly sweetened (50-70 kcal/12oz.), and it comes in flavours like lavender, kumquat, rhubarb, and lemongrass.
It doesn't appear to be available in the Midwest yet, but I am very anxious to try it.

Oh, it's quite a bit more than that, Aaron.
The rest of the fine print reads, "[E]ight case and three flavor minimum order required."

That's for distributors. If you look at "Holiday Ideas", you can have a 12-pack (3 of each flavor) delivered for $25 +shipping.
