Edzo's - Burgers & Fries Your Way

I would like to nominate Edzo’s for a Great Neighborhood Restaurant Award. I can’t think of a place that is more a part of this community than Edzo’s. Not only is owner Eddie Lakin a frequent poster on LTH Forum, the research he did before opening Edzo’s was largely done here as well. After seeking input from our online community, he followed through with a burger place where “Have it Your Way” is more than just marketing hype. Edzo’s serves up big juicy tavern style burgers as well as my favorite type, the thin, griddled “30’s style” burger smashed on a flattop and grilled to crispy perfection.

Besides the great burgers, Edzo’s offers a dizzying array of french fry preparations, including my standard order of “old fries with giardinaire”, which I’m angling to have named after me, and excellent shakes covering the gamut of flavors form standard vanilla, chocolate & strawberry to nutilla and Mexican-inspired combinations.
