Yes there's neither milk nor meat, but anything processed had to be certified.What is patriotism, but the love of good things we ate in our childhood?

Upton's sells a CRC-certified seitan chorizo.
As an FYI, the OU has a product search function which will identify manufacturers of specific products with certification.
