    Steve,

It appears your picture is still on your hard drive (c:\). The pic needs to be on the Web somewhere in order to link to it. The bracketed text will likely have an http address, but end in jpg rather than htm or html.

Wow, I wish I'd known. I'd have taken a photo of the one we did on Sunday. Basically Kass's beer can chicken recipe, using the Spice House's lamb seasoning instead of whatever Greek seasoning blend he suggests. Olive oil and the Spice House's Florida Pepper Blend on the outside. Some mesquite hunks soaked and added to the grill. At the last minute Ed cut a bunch of lemons in half and put them on the grill too. Fabulous mahogany color, and it tasted even better than it looked. Served with the Penzey recipe for flatbread, with the olive oil reduced by 2/3rd to see if it was possible to reduce the calories without losing the flavor. It was.

Gary and I are working on creating an online tutorial, but since I'm only up to step 3 when it comes to taking the pictures, it will be a little while yet. Hopwfully not more than a few weeks.
