I have long been a fan of Chicken Hut chicken but haven't a clue how to reproduce their chicken flavor at home. Does anyone have a sense of what sort of marinade they use on their chicken and if so would you be willing to share? Or if you have your own similar marinade also? I cite Chicken Hut only b/c I have several recipes for slow cooked/smoked chicken but nothing really impressive for grilled half chicken. Even if it is general thoughts about what they might be using I can then tinker with it myself. Many thanks in advance for any help.
