Organic Meats

Where can I get organic meats, free range chcken and beef and the like in the NW burbs? I know whole foods has it, but they seem pretty damn expensive, are their alternatives? Someone mentioned to be one time someplace on Devon, I know that's not in NW burbs, but I'll take any ideas. Appreciate it.
