    At Hot Dog University, we have tweaked our own technique for a fresh pig in a blanket using a steamed poppy seed bun and a small n/c or skinless Vienna Beef hot dog.

    Cool technique, but not quite pigs in a blanket.
    Am I the only one who wanted to eat the little triangles you cut out of the salami.? :)

    Saw on block club that they had a recipe for pigs in a blanket w a Chicago style hot dog dipping sauce. Can't wait to try this. It actually makes a ton of sense.
