Humboldt Fog [artisinal cheeses]

As there have been a few recent posts on artisinal cheeses, here's a nice SF Chronicle article on my favorite: Humboldt Fog.

At Ravinia, there's nothing better than starting an evening with a wedge of Humboldt Fog and a nice bottle of Sav. Blanc. Enjoy...

Although I do like the Humbolt Fog, I really enjoy the Midnight Moon that is also mentioned in the article. mmmmm cheeeeeessseeeee!
