Cooking Class Recommendations?

The benefit of living in Chicago is the endless list of choices for cooking classes and schools! I am interested in taking some cooking classes w/my boyfriend and a group of girlfriends. I'm open minded, and not too picky. However, something on the more economical side would be ideal. It can be a one time, hands on class, or it can be a series. I'm not sure if this topic has been brought up before...I tried searching for previous threads, and didn't come up with much. Thanks!

I really like classes at The Chopping Block. I've taken about 12 Building Blocks classes there and each one has been fun and informative.
