For those who might be interested, Evanston has put together a free online cookbook: The Cozy Evanston Cookbook for Uncertain Times. There are twelve chapters from Breakfast to Beverages with everything in-between. A number of recipes have back stories as well. For a community effort and given the constraints involved, I think it's definitely worth a look. And, truth to tell, a number look pretty easy and delicious. We're about to embark on some testing!

Thank you for posting this Gypsy. I'm already planning on trying a couple of the recipes.

Gypsy Boy, I think the only reason that there are not more replies to your post is that we click on the link to the cookbook and …. never make it back!

I got lost in the vegan dishes chapter! We are red meat eaters but I enjoy exploring vegan cookery because the recipes tend to be very imaginative and interesting.

Thank you for the post! ---Joy

Joy, glad to hear you're enjoying it. My wife has already started a list of recipes to try. I find the lack of (apparently) consistent measurements an issue, but might even have to start my own list! Good to know others can make use of it!
