Pie Pie My Darling, vegan bakery in West Town

Pie Pie My Darling finally has their own location in West Town, after 5 years of renting baking space.

Current hours are 'pop-up' on Saturdays from 12 to 4, or until Heather sells out. Pop-up offerings have been limited to cake jars as she is still completing her buildout and settling in.

Our daughter lives very close and has brought some jars over a few times for our Sunday family dinners. They are decadently rich.

My daughter ordered a cookie dough layer cake and a peanut butter pie for Christmas.

I really liked the peanut butter mousse with a chocolate ganache top and graham cracker crust. Would get this again.

Cookie dough desserts are always too sweet for me, as was this, but the cookie dough fans loved it.

Heather's business appears to be doing well, on Saturday's and when she is open for holiday orders, the lines stretch way down the block. If you drive past, you would wonder what's going on.
