Global Scouse Day - February 28

PSA: Recently visited Liverpool only to discover that February 28 is officially Global Scouse Day and the local dish is featured in restaurants throughout the city. Unfortunately I was otherwise committed to dining options (get to that in another post - great dining town). So if anyone's planning a future visit (I highly recommend it), keep the date in mind.
