Toronto Recs for Chinese/Dim Sum

Hello, I will be traveling to Toronto later this year and seeking recommendations for Chinese, Chinese Bakery and Dim Sum, esp preferred places for the solitary diner, late night, and quick service. Thanks LTHers!

Didn't venture out to the burbs, but Dumpling House in the downtown Chinatown had great dumplings

I enjoyed Rol San Dim Sum, Dumpling House, and Ding Dong Pastries and all close together on Spadina Ave.
