Mosbach Germany in May

I'm taking a business trip the last 2 weeks of May to Mosbach Germany and gathering info has been a bit difficult.
Has anyone been or have any recommendations?

One bump and then I'll let this die - anyone?

OK, not Mosbach but Heilbronn about 50km south. I used make regular business trips there and can find my old notes and recommend at least vary good traditional regional place.
My current German travels take me to Cologne a 2-3 times a year.

My favorite in Heilbronn was Waldhorn-Schenke, down by the river front in the center on town. Old style Swabian food, very flavorful but heavy, think pasta (spatzle)with gravy/sauce for everything. Also any soup you try will be good. Have fun, wish I could go back to try it again.
