Kansas City to Chicago

Any special places between KC and Chicago? I35 to I80 to I88 on a Friday afternoon and back starting on a Sunday morning.

My wife and I have eaten at http://www.machineshed.com/ several times. The food is very good with large portions. I don't hesitate to stop there on this particular drive. I like the food better than many of the places at the Amana Colonies in Iowa.
