I went to Burt's last night to firm up the date. We are on for the 1st at 7PM, with apologies to mhl, who has a previous commitment.
Burt says we can let him know just a day or two before what our final numbers will be. Told that we would be there on All Saint's Day, Burt anticipated the favorite saint costume theme. Either that or he is now reading this forum. . .
Here is our current list. PM me if I have made a mistake!

I would encourage anyone who is waffling due to time constraints -- 7 is too early with work schedules for some -- to straggle in. Pizza seems the kind of meal that is not bound by rigid rules.
Burt suggested that I pre-order a few pies, since they take a while to cook (and IIRC there are limits to the oven space). The thought is to have a sausage pizza, a vegetarian pizza, and perhaps a third pizza on order for when we arrive. Though perhaps people would like to start with some of the big salads or some appetizers, which I have not tried? (I can, however, vouch for the quality of the onion rings and burgers.)
I would welcome input from those who will be attending. Oh, and Burt is fine with us bringing in dessert-- what would be saintly, or do saints all follow an aescetic regime?

Man : I can't understand how a poet like you can eat that stuff.
T. S. Eliot: Ah, but you're not a poet.
