    Hi All,

As you may or may not know I have started a pasta company-Valentino Pasta oddly enough. We are making pasta in traditional, whole wheat, and spelt flours. Right now we are at Glenwood Sunday Market (not on 7/1) at least through August, and in the store at Heritage Prairie Farms. I'm also talking w other stores in the Chicago area and hope to have an online store soon.

If anyone is around please stop by the market and say hi. I'll be the hot looking guy in the back.

    Jeff

I was lucky enough to receive a sample of this pasta from my friend Jeff Valentino and it was excellent. I loved the complex flavor, which progressed through the entire chew and the excellent texture. I had the creste di galli. Great stuff.

Jeff, I'm glad you posted this. I look forward to getting my hands on some more.

Everyone likes taking their healthy eating habits out on poor pasta. :P

I hope you do try it, and enjoy it!

Thanks Ronnie. It took more months than I thought to get to where I was almost happy with it. I dare say we are getting better as we go along too.

We bought a bag of the whole wheat rigatoni at Heritage Prairie Farms this morning at their Saturday market. The farm store itself is open every day but Monday, that's where you will find the pasta. Tomorrow it will become a pasta salad!
