Farmer seeking retail markets

I had replied to the bbq thread on this site because they mentioned our farm and several people were trying to figure out where to buy decent pork. We currently make a once a week delivery to some of the nicest restaurants in the city. I'd kind of like to expand into retail locations. We used to do the Green City Market several years ago and we still get some phone calls and emails from individuals that would still like to get our product.
