    And I'd missed the new label on the mayo jar and thinking the one place that surely pairs mayo with Japanese something or other would be the Aloha Grill.

    But I must get back to work. If I post again, someone slap my hand.

    Hmmm... Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce, a reused Mayo jar, and a bottle of what looks like chili oil.... Little Three Happiness?? Or Gary's kitchen?? ;)

    I recognized it immediately. Wiv purchased one of the items pictured at Richwell Market, in my company, and at my encouragement.

    I see that it was never opened. :wink:

    Granted, there are a few things coming outta Gary's kitchen that are (much) better than found in Chicago restaurants, but...

    No, sorry, it's NOT Gary's kitchen (that would really be cheating), though I can't say that I'm surprised by ingredient overlap between Gary's kitchen and...
