Mexican Spanish > English Food Lexicon

An acquaintenance of mine in Mexico, Rolly Brook, has been working on creating a lexicon translating Mexican Spanish food/cooking terms into English. Some of you might find it helpful when visiting Mexican restaurants and grocery stores or understanding a recipe written in Spanish (or when visiting Mexico on vacation!).
