The care and feeding of trolls....

I've noted that periodically LTH comes under attack by folks who begin with a deferential or apologetic post about disliking a board favorite, and escalate to general inflammatory remarks. While I'm not implying that anybody is anything, I thought it might be useful to have a reference point, or at least a reminder that not everything on the internet is what it seems: there's quite a bit of internet research out there, and I thought this might be a spot for it. (Yes, the first article is in a kids' site, but I thought it had a lot of good basic information.)

Kind of creepy to think that there are people out there who just want to disrupt online communities -- but I guess you disrupt what you can access.
