Rice, Chopsticks and the Melting Pot: Asian American Restaurants in Chicago is a nice little exhibit some of you might be interested in. I stopped by on Wednesday before dinner at Lao Sze Chuan and enjoyed it quite a bit. It consists of only a few dozen photographs, postcards and menus with informative descriptions. It probably takes about 15 minutes to see. Not the sort of thing to plan your day around but if you’re in the area it could be worth a stop.
