Happy to have received some details back from Kelly C. We are set for a 6:00 pm start (appetizers), with the main meal being at 7. It should be a nice evening as we gather to remember our departed friend on his birthday. We can share stories and memories, including some of our favorite Stevez posts.
Here is the menu, from Kelly. Please note that it could change slightly, depending on availability, etc . . .
egg rolls (appetizer)
garlic ribs (appetizer)
wonton soup w/ bbq pork (appetizer)
beijing duck dinner
whole roasted baby pig
salt baked chicken
clams w/ black bean sauce on crispy chow fun
stewed pork belly (from dad)
stir fried baby bok choy
hakka style tofu
Price per person is $47.50, which includes tax and tip. Separate tabs will be run for beverages and any other extras that are ordered. Sun Wah is not byo. If you plan to attend, please post here with the number in your group. I'll maintain a list on this thread and once you've sent funds (link below), I'll add you to it.
Please use this link to send funds and remember to use the "Sending to a friend" option at paypal (not the 'Paying for an item or service' option) in order to avoid either of us being charged any fees by paypal. Yes, most of us know each other but just in case, please include your LTH handle(s) in the comments section of your payment at paypal, so I can be sure to apply your payment to the correct attendee(s).
Please RSVP (and send funds) by noon on Monday 2/24, so we can give Sun Wah an appropriate heads up.

No cap at this point and if that changes, we'll post it asap. We've been told by the house that it's pretty mellow over there on Wednesdays.
At this point, the only parameter is letting us know and paying (so we can let Sun Wah know) by Monday 2/24 @ 12:00 pm CT. Really hope you can make it.
