I am sorry I am so late with this. but I was at the Bookstall at 811 Elm in Winnetka this afternoon, and the author of the Fate of Food is doing a book signing tonight until 7:45. It sounds like she delves into the environment and its affect on food including global warming. It got good reviews on Amazon. Hope this helps, Nancy
