Apparently the ELG™ ate at Prairie Moon six years ago. However, this doesn't count as a repeat visit because they have since moved to their new location while their previous building was razed for the construction of a new residential tower. So update your address information because here's where we're eating in April:

Spicy Panko Cod Salad - Cilantro-panko crusted cod stick, mixed greens, house pickle, Asian lime vinaigrette, red chili aioli, rice vermicelli
Moules Frites (Belgian beer mussels) - One pound Prince Edward Island mussels in a fresh herb & Belgian beer broth with fresh cut fries & garlic aioli
Black Cat Étouffée - blackened Louisiana catfish filet, étouffée sauce, white rice YA! YA!
Smokehouse Salmon Pasta - house-smoked Atlantic salmon, baby spinach, roma tomatoes, light roasted garlic cream, penne pasta
ANDOUILLE & CHICKEN HASH - blackened chicken, andouille sausage, onions, sweet peppers, red potatoes, garlic sauce
KAMOOSH - tortilla chips, chihuahua, cotija, salsa verde, pico de gallo, guacamole, lime crema
For dessert, we had birthday cake from Levinson's Bakery. They call it a "marzipan cake" and it's also commonly known as a princess cake. (They also sell it in individual slices and as a smaller marzipan log.)
