    Learn about the history of pizza in Chicago and beyond. The exhibition will explain what defines Chicago pizza styles and how they relate to regional styles throughout the United States. New and vintage items from the U.S. Pizza Museum collection will bring the stories to life.

    The U.S. Pizza Museum is getting a home — for now — at the Roosevelt Collection. The museum is slated to open Aug. 10 in the mixed-use development in Chicago’s South Loop and is scheduled through the end of October.

    After taking Chicago by storm in August 2018, the U.S. Pizza Museum will close on October 13, ending its run inside the Roosevelt Collection in the South Loop.

    Something changed, because at a museum professional meeting a few months ago, they claimed to have a four-year-lease for this storefront.
