When did this happen? Back when my office was nearby it was strictly carry-out but that was right after it turned over from being Opart's. After that, seating or not, it didn't matter. The place was awful . . . and that's saying a lot because Opart's wasn't very good to begin with.
I can't say when exactly it changed, best guess is maybe 2015. I believe it is when they moved kitty-corner across the street to the plaza at the SE corner of the intersection.
Their Yelp! 'from the owner' just says they were established in 2012, and that they started as carry-out only but have since become full service w/ liquor license. Doesn't say when.
I can't speak for pre-2017, but it's been more reliable than the others mentioned. Just know they're not Aroy/Tac, and request all the items full heat to let the flavor come out.
Ok, got it. Thanks, for the intel. I had no idea that they even moved. It's been a long time since I've been by there and as the location is described above, it didn't even occur to me that they were now on the other side of the street.
Fwiw, their former location, a tiny carry-out-only storefront on the west side of Skokie Blvd (north of Old Glenview), briefly became
