I don't know if anyone here would be interested, but on one of the Facebook groups I belong to somebody posted about the New American Plate Challenge which is a 12 week program put together by the American Institute for Cancer Research that encourages people to eat less meat and more plant products. They are not asking people to entirely give up meat, but in the first week, they ask people to follow the 2/3rds to 1/3rd rule, where only 1/3rd of your plate consists of animal products, and 2/3rds consists of fruits and veggies and whole grains.
