Post #1 - March 16th, 2019, 11:42 amHi- I get emails from America's Test Kitchen, and CBS Sunday Morning is doing a segment on them tomorrow morning 3/17. I think the program starts at 8:00 am, but I am not certain. Hope this helps, Nancy

They mentioned that all of the recipes are sent to home cooks to try out, and if less than 80 % of the cooks say they love it, it is further revised. They were promoting their Vegetables Illustrated cookbook which just came out a few weeks ago. Christopher Kimble was mentioned as being one of the founders of ATK, but nothing was mentioned about why he is not there any longer. I had not watched Sunday Morning in ages, and Jane Pauley is now the host, and the show definitely moves faster than 60 minutes. The first hour is just wrapping up, and I think there have been 6 segments so far.
They posted the results of a survey that says that only 22% of people take their leftovers home from the restaurant. The only time I don't take them home is if I don't care for the food, or I am traveling. Hope this helps, Nancy
