Reader Feature

Let me be the first to congratulate Gary, Michael and the forum for the nice Reader piece today. I've been absorbed with work lately so perhaps everyone but me was expecting it, but it was a nice surprise.

I didn't know about LTH awards. Have there been discussions? Is there a process?
