Yeah, I guess that was worth it, but I was struck by a couple of things. One, could have used a little bit more about actually working as a dishwasher, as much as I appreciated their stories. Two, Montreal is super cosmopolitan, but it looked like everyone working in the kitchen was Caucasian, which is a little different than how it is in America, as far as I can tell; I'd love to see a doc like this filmed here for perhaps a different dynamic. Also, the girl, despite being from Dallas, had not a trait of Texas accent but was rocking a pretty convincing Canadian accent! She might not have mastered French, but she sure can speak English like a Canadian.
