Post #1 - January 26th, 2006, 8:24 amFor those of you who are trying to eat local as much as possible, I have a resource for you. My friend, Farmer Vicki, is offering a spring CSA. It is $180.00 for 9 weeks, starting the first week in April. It's a great source for before the farmer's markets kick in. The boxes will be a mix of keepers, greenhouse, and things like chard that can grow as soon as the snow's gone. It should be fun.
